Our integrated equipment of catalytic desulfurization (SO2, H2S), denitrification (NOx), decarburization (CO2), dust removal and dark smoke removal is a new combined equipment of fluid, chemical and machinery by breaking the traditional idea. Practice has proved that our equipments possess lower general cost, lower operation cost, higher control effect and more sorts than traditional method, can reduce over 90% fuel gas content after controlling than traditional method, greatly diminish corrosion to chimney of acidic gas and prolong useful time of chimney. Wastes can be used circularly without any secondary pollution and technology has been up to advanced world standard. The equipment adopts catalytic double-alkali desulfurization technology, whole best feature is to add catalyst in desulfurization solution during desulfurization process in desulfurization tower where catalyst accelerates reaction speed of desulfurization solution, and fuel gas contamination and accordingly improve purification effectiveness. In addition, catalyst changes surface tension on water and quickens sedimentation rate of reacted sediment. Sodium hydroxide reacts out of desulfurization tower in the process and equipments get no blockage in pipes and internal equipment due to scale formation.
